Liberal Judges Block Alina Habba From Becoming Permanent US Attorney for New Jersey

A group of liberal federal judges have now reportedly blocked Alina Habba from becoming the permanent US attorney for New Jersey.

This is ridiculous. Alina Habba was made an interim U.S. attorney back in March. She was formally nominated a month ago. But she hasn't even received a hearing, let alone the up-or-down vote that a president's nominees deserve.
