The US Navy has reported four people died in a helicopter crash on the island of Kauai in Hawaii.
The helicopter was flying in support of a US military training mission and was owned by a contractor.
The crash took place shortly after 10 am local time.
The helicopter was a Sikorsky S-61N which was likely built between 1959 and 1980.
An investigation is being conducted to determine the cause of the crash.
